Live MSP is an initiative to celebrate city living and promote the neighborhoods of Minneapolis and Saint Paul as a premier housing choice. Our goal is to recruit new and retain current residents in all of the cities’ neighborhoods. Achieving our goal will:

  • Reduce residential vacancy rates in city neighborhoods;
  • Increase the cities’ resource base;
  • Enhance overall city vitality; and
  • Improve environmental outcomes by encouraging homeownership in existing, compact, walkable and/or transit-rich city neighborhoods.
