Carriage House Grant Program (Ventura Village neighborhood)

Description: A grant up to $20,000 per dwelling unit is available to finance the creation of a carriage house. A carriage house is a separate, detached structure that contains both an at-grade car garage and at least one totally independent dwelling unit of which part or the entire dwelling unit is above the garage.
