CityLiving Program’s Low Interest Mortgages Available Again

[Minnesota Public Radio] “A program to help people buy homes in St. Paul and Minneapolis is back on track after a one-year hiatus. The CityLiving program offers low-interest mortgages, and assistance with down payments and closing costs, to first-time homebuyers. St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman says the recent infusion of cash will help about 300 families purchase homes, and re-energize neighborhoods devastated by the foreclosure crisis.” (read on)
