Folwell Revolving Loan Program (Folwell neighborhood)

Description: A 4% interest loan for a maximum of $10,000 and 7 year term is available to owner-occupied single and duplex properties, townhomes, condominiums and their associations. First priority for funding goes to correcting City of Minneapolis housing code violations, second priority for funding is for correcting other health or safety hazards, and third priority is for enhancing the property's livability, durability and appearance.
