Hale, Page, Diamond Lake Accessibility Deferred Loan (Hale, Page, Diamond Lake neighborhoods)

Description: A 0% interest loan with a seven year loan term, a $7,500.00 maximum loan amount and a $2,000.00 minimum loan amount. If the accessibility need is a result from an injury while serving in the US Armed Forces, the loan maximum shall be $15,000.00. Income limit is 110% of the Area Median Income. Property must be owner-occupied and homesteaded. If the borrower retains ownership and continues to reside at the property until the seventh anniversary of the loan closing date, the loan will be 100% forgiven.
