Description: A 0% interest loan for a maximum loan of $5,000.00. Emergency is defined as an imminent condition that makes a home uninhabitable, dangerous or is capable of causing severe health problems. If the borrower retains ownership and continues to reside at the property for five years from the loan closing, the loan will be 100% forgiven. Property must be owner-occupied and homesteaded. Income limit is 50% of Area Median Income.
