Hawthorne Advantage (Hawthorne neighborhood)

Description: The Hawthorne Advantage offers down payment assistance up to 3% of the sales price, and an additional $1,000 if you are purchasing a foreclosed property. The maximum assistance one can qualify for is $4,000 for a property not in foreclosure or $5,000 for a property that has been foreclosed. This assistance program may be used in conjunction with the Minneapolis Advantage or other downpayment assistance funds!
