Homebuyer Assistance (Folwell neighborhood)

Description: Any qualifying homebuyer can receive up to $4,000 for down-payment or closing cost assistance for owner occupied properties in the Folwell neighborhood. You do not need to be a first time buyer to take advantage of this assistance program. It is a deferred loan, forgivable after 5 years.
