Description: Up to $44,000 is available as gap financing (funding to bridge the gap between the purchase price and mortgage level the household is qualified for) toward the purchase of a Humboldt Greenway new construction home. Income limits apply. The Humboldt Greenway, in the Shingle Creek and Lind-Bohanon neighborhoods of North Minneapolis, features new architecturally distinctive single family homes and townhouses built in the tradition of the surrounding neighborhood, new parkland, a tree-lined pedestrian promenade connecting two parks and a new entrance to Shingle Creek’s lovely trail system.
