Multi-Unit Improvement Program (Audubon Park neighborhood)

Description: The Audubon Neighborhood Association (ANA) has made Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) funds available to property owners of the Audubon neighborhood to make improvements to their properties and to assist with down payments for owner-occupied 2-4 unit properties in the neighborhood. Borrow up to $5,000 at 0%, $2,500 of which can be used for down payment assistance, to buy and/or make improvements to an owner-occupied 2-4 unit property in the Audubon Park neighborhood.
