Audubon Park Print

Audubon Park is a traditional neighborhood, with exquisite qualities—a wide variety of housing types, great local retail, and respectful, environmentally-conscious, and committed residents. We sit atop a hill that extends our horizon and gives us inspiring skyline views. We are just minutes by car, bike, or transit to the jobs, culture, and commerce of downtown Minneapolis. We are equally close to the University of Minnesota, making Audubon Park a perfect spot for students, staff and faculty who seek easy access to campus.
