Powderhorn Park is a thriving and diverse neighborhood in South Minneapolis. Known for its namesake park and annual Art Fair and May Day Festival, Powderhorn residents are famously creative and active in their community. The revitalized Lake Street is home to many unique local businesses and the restored art deco Sears Building complex that is now the Midtown Exchange.
