Non-Homestead Matching Grant Program (Ventura Village neighborhood)

Description: A grant up to $1,000 per dwelling and $4,000 per property is available to owners of properties with a non-homestead status and 4 or less dwellings. Applicants must match the granted funds on a one-to-one ratio, and there is no income limit to participate. Owners may use the funds to finance exterior improvements to homes and/or existing garages, such as painting exteriors, resolving structural problems and repairing or replacing doors and windows.
