Description: Deferred loans of up to $8,000 are available for down payment and closing cost assistance for buyers in the Dayton’s Bluff, Payne-Phalen and Greater East Side neighborhoods within the 55106 zip code. Funding for the program is provided by the Pohlad Family Giving Foundation. Loans are administered by Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services.
