Rehab Participation Program (Bottineau neighborhood)

Description: Grants rebating a percentage of the cost of home improvement projects completed without using NRP funds, will be offered as follows: 35% of exterior projects and 25% of interior projects. Maximum grant amount is $3,000. Households may receive more than one grant, but the combined grants may not exceed $3,000. Grants received in prior programs count toward the $3,000. Deferred Loan Home Improvement Program: Maximum loan amounts of $5,000, with 0% interest, with a minimum loan amount of $1,000.
