The Stevens Square Community Organization’s program encourages the rehabilitation of residential property in the Stevens Square-Loring Heights neighborhood by: 1) making it affordable for property owners to borrow money for rehabilitation work? 2) making loans available to residential property owners who may not qualify under traditional banking criteria? 3) providing low or no interest funds to developers of new properties.
