Revolving Loan Program (Bryant neighborhood)

Description: A 5% interest loan for a maximum loan of $10,000 and a maximum term of ten years is available to owners of owner-occupied single-family homes or duplexes. Seventy-five percent of the loan funds available are reserved for homeowners earning below the area median family income, and 25% are for those at or above the median family income. Exterior and interior improvements, such as painting, fences, roofs, plumbing, electrical and permanent landscaping, qualify for these loans.
