Revolving Loan Program (Holland neighborhood)

Description: A 3% interest revolving loan for a maximum of $7,500 is available to credit worthy owner-occupied single and duplex properties. Owner occupants of townhouses and condominiums are also eligible. The maximum loan term is 7 years. There is no income limit for this program. Eligible improvements include, among others, decks, windows, fences, garages and retaining walls.
