Revolving Loan Program (Victory neighborhood)

Description: A 4.25% interest loan for a maximum of $7,000 and term of 5 years is available to homeowners. There is no annual household income limit to participate, and eligible projects include repairs, replacement or new construction that will improve exteriors or interiors of the home, reduce long-term maintenance and energy costs, and improve handicap accessibility.
