Sheridan Absentee-owned Revolving Loan Program (Sheridan neighborhood)

Description: A 4% interest loan up to $15,000 for single-family homes and $30,000 for duplexes is available. The maximum term of the loan is 10 years. There is no income limit to participate. Eligible home improvement projects include interior and exterior work, such as painting, electrical, porches, sidewalks and driveways.
