Sheridan Deferred Loan Program (Sheridan neighborhood)

Description: A 0% interest matching deferred loan for a maximum of $5,000 and a term of 5 years is available. The repayment of the loan is forgiven after 5 years unless the owner transfers ownership of the property. If the owner transfers ownership before 5 years, a percentage of the loan must be repaid. All owner-occupied properties including homesteaded single-family, duplex, triplex or four-plex residential properties are eligible for the program, and there is no income limits for participants. The funds can be used to improve the interior and exterior of the home.
