St. Anthony East Purchase/Rehab GAP Program (St. Anthony East neighborhood)

Description: The neighborhood is making available NRP funds to provide gap financing for the rehabilitation of existing homes or for new construction. The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) will act as a willing buyer to homeowners who want to sell their homes; provided funds are available, the project is economically viable and approved by the neighbor group. GMHC will purchase the property and then rehabilitate or build new. The house would then be sold on the open market to an owner-occupant.
