St. Anthony West Revolving Loan Program (Saint Anthony West neighborhood)

Description: A 4% interest loan for a maximum of $15,000 and a term of 10 years is available to single ¬family homeowners, a 4% interest loan for a maximum of $30,000 and a term of 15 years is available for duplex and multi-family housing. Owner-occupied and absentee-owned properties are eligible, and there are no income restrictions to participate in the program. The loan funds can be used for interior and exterior improvements, including porches, landscaping and retaining walls.
