Ventura Village Homebuyer Program (Ventura Village neighborhood)

Description: $5,000 available for down payment or closing cost assistance for owner occupied properties in the Ventura Village neighborhood. Applicants do not have to be first time homebuyers. The loan term is 5 years and if ownership is transferred during those 5 years, the loan must be repaid. After the fifth anniversary of the closing date, the loan will be forgiven.
